Importing a Contact List in Customer Center

Do you a current contact list you want to add to Customer Center? By following the steps below you can add existing contacts from other sources, making it easy to view all of your contacts in one place.

  1. Navigate to the Contacts tab in the top navigation bar.

  2. Click on the Manage button and select Import.

3. You will now want to upload your contact file, making sure your file is saved in a CSV format, by clicking the Choose File button.

  • Your file must contain on of the required fields listed below.

  • If you choose to not include a status, all clients will be tagged as New.

4. Once your file is selected, click on the Import button.
