Place this URL into your web browser https://account.localiq.com/login. It should take you to the Customer Center Login page.

You will then select the blue hyperlink labeled "forgot password?," this will redirect you to https://account.localiq.com/forgot-password where you will insert the email address you use when logging into to Customer Center, and select send email (If you don’t remember that email address you can always reach out to your Client Success Manager to see which email is associated with your account).

When you receive the reset email (don't forget to check you SPAM/Junk folder) follow the instructions and you should be able to login with new password at https://account.localiq.com/login.

If you do not receive the password reset email via email please alert your Client Success Manager to ensure that you are not on the unsubscribe list or to verify your email address associated with your Business User Profile.

If you still experience difficultly logging in at that point, try to do so in incognito browser. Once you try logging in to Customer Center in incognito browser and it is successful, you will need to clear your cache and cookies in order to access Customer Center in your regular browser.

If you are unable to log in after following the above steps you should reach out to your Client Success Manager, as it is possible there is an issue with your Business User set up, in which they will need to troubleshoot on the backend.
